stem reentry task force benefits

The Society of Women Engineers is excited to partner with you through the STEM Reentry Task Force.

As part of a member of the Task Force, you are eligible to receive a number of promotional benefits through SWE. 

These benefits include the following:

  • Email communication to SWE’s reentry database which includes job candidates from across the globe.
  • Social media promotion on SWE’s social media channels which engage more than 300,000+ impressions per month (combined Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Job postings on careers.swe.org, the premier digital recruitment resource for leading companies in the engineering and technology field. Includes six (6) 30-day job postings. Must be used within three months of package purchase.
  • Resume Database access for 6 months (one account).
To post jobs, see the steps below:
  1. Go to careers.swe.org to find the SWE Career Center.
  2. Navigate to My Account from the Employer drop-down menu or click here.
  3. Enter information as requested to create your employer account. You will need to agree to the terms and conditions, etc., and click “Create my account”.
  4. Please email Marquita Williams requesting STEM Reentry Task Force access to be added to your account.
  • To access the Resume Database, email marquita.williams@swe.org to activate this benefit.
  • To schedule SWE social media and email promotions, email suzanne.reynolds@swe.org to arrange dates for social media and email promotions.
  • All copy and graphics needed for SWE’s email and social media promotion benefits will be coordinated with iRelaunch through their media and assets collection process, so you only need to provide those assets once.
